Our client, a business consulting firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Office Coordinator to join their team. This role is looking to start as soon as possible. The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with potential overtime as needed. The salary range for this opportunity is $55-65K.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and announce visitors to the ACA office
  • Assist with the clerical and general administrative support to ACA’s management and staff
  • Answer office phones and direct incoming calls
  • Purchase and maintain office and kitchen supplies in accordance with ACA purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Assist the scheduling of office space, including offices, workstations, and meeting rooms, which may include facilitating meal and beverage service, coordinate audio/visual equipment, and administering other meeting-related needs
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, webcasts and other arrangements for ACA’s personnel, investors, visitors, and others as needed
  • Organize and maintain corporate support files and paperwork
  • Assist with the preparation of various staff and management reports, memos and other documents
  • Assist with work/special projects of office maintenance to ensure the daily upkeep of the office facility
  • Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, building and security services
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment, including phone systems, faxes, copiers, and scanners 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a tech enabled environment.
  • Demonstrated professional integrity
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing employee needs
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks
  • Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
