Our client, a software and media company, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis!
About the Job:
- Manages the full lifecycle of 10-12 requisitions at a time, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partners with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, post roles, source candidates, and align on hiring needs.
- Screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and supports the offer process while maintaining accurate ATS records.
- Delivers a positive, professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
About You:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience for corporate and technical roles
- Familiarity with being held accountable to various KPIs/job performance metrics
- Must have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Technical proficiency utilizing ATS software, Microsoft Office (Teams)
About the Role:
- Pays $35/hour
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm
- 100% in-office in Arlington, VA (Crystal City Metro)
