Our client, a prominent law firm located in West Chester, is seeking a dependable, service-oriented, and highly organized Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. This role is central to the firm’s client experience and supports both daily operations and continued growth.
About the Job
- Welcoming clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries
- Managing appointment calendars and coordinating schedules
- Maintaining a well-organized and professional front desk and reception area
- Ensuring smooth daily office operations and clear communication across the team
- Performing general administrative tasks including typing, data entry, and document coordination
- Supporting the team with additional administrative and operational needs as required

- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- Thoughtful, respectful written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to assist the team where needed
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt as priorities shift

This contract opportunity is set to last at least 6 weeks, and offers the opportunity to work with a close-knit team in a family office environment. This role offers up to $24/hr and is set to start immediately.
