Our law firm client is looking to hire a Workplace Engagement Coordinator to join their busy office! If you have a background in office (admin/HR) and event operations within a law firm or professional services environment, apply now!
About the Job:
- Assist with the implementation of firm initiatives and events promoting attorney and employee engagement.
- Assist with onboarding, program planning, and ad hoc HR tasks.
- Support the Legal Personnel teams with administrative tasks within Excel and pulling reports.
- Maintain and promote an inclusive workforce for the firm.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3+ years of office operations or HR-related experience within a law firm or professional services.
- Strong organization skills, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
About the Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $65K-$75K (depending on experience) + benefits
- On-site 3 days/week in DC.
- Engaging team with room to grow!
