Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Fully Onsite)

Compensation: $95,000-$98,000 base salary, plus bonus

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire


Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. This position provides high‑level administrative, operational, and project support while managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable acting as a trusted partner to executive leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executive
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong executive presence with excellent judgment and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting, editing, and reviewing detailed memos and correspondence
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive priorities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments involving multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate domestic and/or international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and review invoices for accuracy
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Plan and coordinate large‑scale events, meetings, and offsite conferences (200+ attendees)
  • Set meeting agendas and prepare meeting minutes as requested
  • Manage special projects from conception through completion
  • Monitor organizational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and communication
  • Maintain organized filing systems and follow‑up processes
  • Mentor and support other administrative team members as needed
