Our client, a lobbying organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary basis!
About the Role:
* Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external communications, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely follow-up while handling sensitive information with discretion.
* Prepare, edit, and organize materials for meetings, presentations, events, and special projects, ensuring leadership is fully briefed and well prepared.
* Maintain organized records and workflows for the executive office, draft and proofread correspondence, and collaborate with colleagues to support shared initiatives and administrative needs.
About You:
* 5+ years of C-suite support experience
* Excellent attention to detail for scheduling and written communication
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
Position Details:
* Temporary for 2-3 months with strong possibility to extend or convert permanently
* Pays $30-$40/hr, depending on experience
* Schedule is in-office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm in DC (Metro accessible!)
