Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers and enter reservations for trips
  • Email reservations to internal and external recipients
  • Enter customer payment information during booking
  • Provide quality customer service by answering customer’s questions quickly and professionally

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Customer service skills and/or prior industry experience
  • Transportation industry experience is a plus
