Position Details
- Pay Rate: $19-20/hour
- Contract Length: 6-9 months
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Tour show‑ready units and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Secure applications from qualified candidates while following Fair Housing and ADA guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, coworkers, and vendors
- Coordinate resident activities and community events
- Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data; complete follow‑ups
- Prepare monthly resident newsletters and activity calendars
- Support social media presence with 2-3 posts per week
- Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Team‑oriented with a service‑driven mindset
- Valid Texas driver’s license and insurance may be required
