Our client, a biotechnology company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple C‑level executives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a 2‑month+ contract role (with potential to extend), offering $44-$46/hour, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM hours, and a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday onsite; Wednesday and Friday remote) in Boston, MA. The organization operates within the life sciences space and is known for its innovative, research‑driven work. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to multiple C‑suite and senior leaders
- Manage complex, proactive calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner
- Support meeting preparation, agendas, materials, and follow‑up action items
- Maintain confidentiality agreements and related documentation
- Assist with special projects, research, and executive initiatives as needed
- Serve as backup support to senior executive assistants when required
Candidate Qualifications
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior and C‑level executives
- Prior experience within the biotech or life sciences industry
- Strong expertise in calendar, travel, and expense management across time zones
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
