This is a temp-to-hire Executive Assistant opportunity supporting a CEO at a growing, startup-style software and AI consulting company. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00 or 10:00-6:00), and is primarily 100% in-office in Newton/Auburndale, MA with pay at $38 per hour. Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO
- Manage a complex calendar and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and conference bookings
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively follow up on tasks and keep the CEO on track throughout the day
- Act as a reliable point of contact, exercising discretion and sound judgment
Candidate Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Background in a startup or software environment preferred
- Comfortable working closely with a hands-on, entrepreneurial CEO
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Stable, reliable, and interested in a long-term career as an Executive Assistant
