Our client, a biotech company located in Cambridge, is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to its international business team. This 6‑month contract role has a full-time, hybrid schedule and is offering $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports global initiatives by ensuring strong coordination, documentation, and follow‑through across cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain meeting agendas; attend meetings and produce notes, minutes, and action items
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow up to support timely completion
  • Maintain project, deliverable, and milestone trackers across international initiatives
  • Monitor timelines, flag risks or dependencies, and support leadership status updates
  • Support contracting activities, including document tracking and coordination with Legal, Finance, and Procurement
  • Coordinate distributor material review and submission processes and maintain approved records
  • Build and maintain tools, templates, and documentation to improve operational efficiency
  • Provide general operational support for evolving team needs while ensuring policy compliance

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Biotech/Pharma industry experience required
  • Background in operations, program coordination, or project support
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting documentation
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
