Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for a Membership Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative and data support for membership operations.
- Assist with member records and account updates.
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Help with reporting and data review projects.
- Assist with inbox monitoring and issue tracking.
- Perform general data cleanup and administrative tasks as needed.
About You:
- Must have experience in member records processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
About The Position:
- $20-$23/hr
- Temporary indefinate (3-4 weeks, potential to extend)
- Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
