Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Space Strategist to support workplace planning, office moves, and space optimization initiatives within a fast‑paced financial environment. This role partners closely with Facilities Operations, Global Real Estate, and Facilities Management to execute Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC), maintain accurate reporting, and support efficient, compliant workspace operations. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between space planning, real estate, facilities teams, and end users to coordinate move schedules, seating assignments, and workplace logistics
  • Support daily and project‑based MAC activities including planning, communication, timelines, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate furniture moves, reconfigurations, swing desks, and workspace readiness
  • Manage vendor relationships and communicate with contractors related to moves, furniture, and space needs
  • Track reporting including headcount, seating, open roles, and MAC activity; prepare weekly/monthly reporting and presentation materials
  • Learn and use IBM Tririga to update floorplans, manage hoteling seats, and maintain workspace data
  • Ensure compliance with workspace standards and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Assist with office readiness, special projects, and cross‑departmental space initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support a consistent, high‑quality workplace environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, space planning, occupancy planning, or workplace operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and comfort with space‑related processes and systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro; willingness to learn new systems such as Tririga
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $79K-$85K base salary + discretionary bonus
