Assistant Property Manager
Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a Temporary Assistant Property Manager covering a 5+ month leave of absence. This person will support day-to-day property operations, tenant projects, and financial management. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively coordinate across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with leasing, finance, and operations teams to support project pricing and reporting
- Review and approve invoices, track budgets, and ensure financial accuracy
- Monitor project schedules and proactively address any risks or delays
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in real estate or property management
- Strong understanding of budgeting, project coordination, and contract processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and financial tracking systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
