Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking an Office Manager to support daily office operations at their Quincy, MA location. This is a full‑time, onsite opportunity paying $30-$38/hour, (40 hours/week, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch) Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with building and property management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all office common areas
- Greet visitors and manage front desk, phone, and security protocols
- Manage mail, shipping (UPS/USPS), and office/kitchen supply inventory
- Support onsite meetings and events, partnering with executive assistants
- Oversee internal office communications and office‑related special projects
- Assist with employee onboarding related to travel & expense and corporate credit cards
- Support Credit & Collections with new customer onboarding and documentation
- Assist Accounts Payable with reports, invoice entry, and payment submissions
Candidate Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in office management, administration, or facilities coordination
- Prior experience working with vendors and building/property management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with expense management, corporate credit cards, or basic accounting preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
