The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to a group of executives while also playing a critical role in the opening of a new office location. This is a highly visible, hybrid role for an experienced EA who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building structure, and is comfortable balancing executive support with hands‑on office and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to a variety of executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, travel, and expense reporting as needed
  • Serve as a key partner in the launch of the new office, helping to build processes, workflows, and standards from the ground up
  • Support office management activities including coordination with IT, facilities, vendors, and building management
  • Support executive and firm‑wide initiatives, events, and special projects
  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
  • Partner with colleagues in the Chicago office to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Support internal events such as meetings, team lunches, offsites, and celebrations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative professional, ideally supporting multiple executives
  • Experience in private equity, finance, professional services, or a similarly fast‑paced environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to balance executive support with operational and office management responsibilities
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Resourceful, flexible, and solutions‑oriented with a proactive mindset
