Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Development Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Provide high level administrative and coordination support to senior fundraising leadership
* Manage calendars, meetings, travel logistics, and briefing materials
* Support major and planned to give activities, donor events, and team operations
* Maintain donor records, reports, and data integrity in a fundraising database
* Assist with stewardship, mailings, and special projects as needed
About You:
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced environment
* Proficient in Rasier’s Edge and Microsoft Office
* Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
About the Position:
* Start Date: ASAP
* $27-30/hr
* Hybrid with 2 days onsite
* Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
