Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO
- Manage a complex and highly dynamic executive calendar
- Coordinate executive travel, expenses, and correspondence
- Prepare materials and information for meetings and special projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support Executive Team meetings, retreats, and events
- Assist with event coordination, hospitality, and office support
About You:
- Significant experience supporting C‑level executives
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Highly professional and detail‑oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Comfortable supporting senior leaders, board members, and external partners
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
About The Position:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- $33-$36/hr
- Metro accessible in Bethesda, MD
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
