Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent in Bethesda, Maryland.

About The Job:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO
  • Manage a complex and highly dynamic executive calendar
  • Coordinate executive travel, expenses, and correspondence
  • Prepare materials and information for meetings and special projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Executive Team meetings, retreats, and events
  • Assist with event coordination, hospitality, and office support

About You:

  • Significant experience supporting C‑level executives
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Highly professional and detail‑oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable supporting senior leaders, board members, and external partners
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms

About The Position:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • $33-$36/hr
  • Metro accessible in Bethesda, MD
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite
