Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for a few weeks in Rockville, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage a complex executive calendar, including internal, external, and board-related meetings
- Oversee email and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare meeting materials, pre-reads, and briefing documents
- Coordinate logistics and materials for Board of Directors meetings
- Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries
- Draft, edit, and manage executive communications and documents
- Act as a liaison with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders
- Assist with expense tracking and general office coordination
About You:
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the CEO level
- Proven experience managing complex calendars and priorities
- Experience supporting board-level meetings and activities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Highly proactive and able to step in with minimal ramp-up
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Type: Contract for ~4 weeks, potential to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- $30/hr – $33/hr
- Hybrid, 4 days onsite
