Our client, a leading global private equity investor, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant for their midtown office. This role requires 5 days in the office with working hours being 8:30am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch (lunch is supplied by the client!).The assignment will last from 60-90 days with the potential to extend as needed by the client. The role pays up to $39/hr.

Key responsibilities:

Executive Assistant (EA) responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑quality EA support to senior leaders, including complex diary and travel management.
  • Proactively manage shifting priorities, last‑minute changes, and competing demands.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare meeting materials, pre‑reads, and logistical arrangements.
  • Support scheduling and organization of Board‑level meetings when required.
  • Manage expenses using the Workday expense management system, ensuring timely submission.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client/deal team contacts.
  • Provide cover for other EAs during absence, where required, ensuring seamless business continuity.
  • Individually manage projects relating to fundraising initiatives and investor‑related events, including investor gatherings, LP meetings and IR‑led roadshow events.
  • Lead on meeting‑materials preparation, including pitchbook printing/binding, drafting and producing meeting agendas, and preparing investor background notes for roadshows.
  • Coordinate investor roadshows, managing logistics, sequencing of meetings and travel for senior stakeholders.
  • Rotational responsibility for preparing and sending LP communications via the Advent Reports portal, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Maintain advanced CRM records, tracking all investor and GP meetings/calls, and entering notes in line with LPS‑specific processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced EA with background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or other professional services.
  • Strong IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and understand complex business operations.
  • Relationship building – effectively builds relationships inside and outside the organization, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
