Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Facilities/Corporate Services Assistant to start ASAP. They are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who has strong hospitality and a no task too big or too small attitude. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hospitality exposure and 1+ years of corporate experience. The hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, with flexibility for overtime. This role is onsite five days per week in their office in Manhattan. Hourly rate up to 43hr and up to 90K when perm

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests
• Adding guests to building security
• Setting up conference rooms with refreshments
• Providing back up support to reception
• Setting up catering and various meals. Cleaning up following events.
• Washing dishes and light clean up
• Tidying up after meetings
• Stocking inventory including snacks, supplies, and the printer
• Help manage corporate seamless account

Experience:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and “all hands on deck” mentality
• Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of professional experience in hospitality
