Our client is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Residential Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders within the residential leasing group of a well‑established New York real estate organization. This role blends traditional administrative support with portfolio‑level coordination and is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, is tech‑curious, and thrives in a collaborative, people‑first environment. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid 4/1 schedule, typically remote on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to two senior leaders within the residential leasing group
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and expense processing
- Prepare, draft, and proofread executive‑level communications, reports, and presentations
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑ups across residential initiatives
- Support portfolio‑wide projects including leasing initiatives, compliance tracking, and operational rollouts
- Assist with internal announcements, staffing updates, and team communications
- Maintain organized records related to leasing performance, occupancy, and operations
- Support the rollout of new technology and AI‑forward tools across the residential team
- Compile spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers to support reporting and visibility
- Identify gaps in follow‑through and proactively recommend process improvements
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of administrative or Executive Assistant experience
- Prior experience in real estate, residential leasing, or property management strongly preferred
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable supporting senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K-$95K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
