Our client is seeking a proactive, high‑energy Executive Assistant to support the infrastructure investment team within a global investment organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment, enjoys heavy travel coordination and complex scheduling, and brings a positive, collaborative mindset to an established EA team. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and Fridays remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to approximately five investment professionals, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and a Director
  • Manage complex calendars, turning inbound emails and requests into well‑coordinated meetings
  • Coordinate heavy domestic and international travel, including last‑minute, multi‑country roadshows
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, manage time zones, and handle real‑time travel changes
  • Support internal and external meeting logistics, including conference rooms, materials, and scheduling
  • Partner closely with a global EA network to coordinate across regions and time zones
  • Prepare, edit, and update presentations and meeting materials
  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide backup support to other EAs and assist with office‑wide projects and events

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Background in finance, consulting, law, or other transferable high‑pace environments preferred
  • Strong experience with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organization
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar) and common collaboration tools
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $120K-$123K base salary + discretionary bonus
