Job Description:
- Provide administrative support, assisting with high‑volume legal and office workflows
- Communicate with debtors to coordinate payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Prepare and assist with legal documents, including complaints, filings, and pleadings
- Support collections processes by tracking accounts and monitoring payment activity
- Collaborate with internal team members to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Gain exposure to legal operations and procedures
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years in an administrative environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience within a law firm is a plus
