Our client, a property management company located in Brookline, is seeking a Leasing Assistant for a fully onsite, temporary role. This position is scheduled to run through September, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule (weekdays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM). It is compensating up to $23 per hour. Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from prospective and current residents
- Use CRM to schedule and coordinate property tours with residents, prospects, and brokers
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth communication and access for tours
- Assist residents with general questions, including basic maintenance requests
- Update unit listings and availability on internal and external platforms
- Maintain broker lists and support lead tracking
- Assist with weekly reporting deliverables
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior property management experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules
- Comfort working with CRM systems
- Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately in a fast-paced environment
