Our client is seeking a proactive, polished Coordinator to support consultants within a fast‑paced executive search and advisory environment. This is a newly structured role that blends team support, reception coverage, and office operations, and is ideal for someone early‑to‑midway in their support career who is eager to grow, learn, and add value. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and Fridays remote, with some flexibility as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project support to consultants within a Professional Services team
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for client and internal engagements
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports
  • Assist with coordination of internal and external meetings and events
  • Support reception coverage, including greeting clients and candidates, answering phones, and managing the front desk
  • Partner with office leadership on light office management and operations support
  • Assist with internal hiring coordination and recruiting logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems
  • Support consultants with ad hoc projects and time‑sensitive requests

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Polished, professional demeanor with comfort in client‑facing situations
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities independently and proactively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable balancing team support, reception duties, and operational tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $70K-$80K base salary + discretionary bonus + paid overtime
  • 401(k) with employer match after six months
  • PTO package
  • Sick time, one life‑event day, holidays, and two volunteer days
  • Office closed between Christmas and New Year’s
  • Hybrid schedule: four days onsite, Friday remote
