Our client, a real estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary assignment with possibility to extend in the Bel Air, Maryland area!

About The Position:
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and incoming calls
* Manage front desk reception and provide general administrative support
* Assist with filing, data entry, scheduling, and office organization
* Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
* Assist with additional projects and office needs as assigned

About You:
* 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
* Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems preferred
* Property management experience is a plus, but not required

About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP
* $20-$22/hr
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
* 100% onsite
* Located outside Baltimore, MD (near Martin State Airport)
