Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Front Office Assistant for temporary coverage in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Provide primary front desk coverage, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Manage mail and package distribution and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain office logs (keys, visitors, etc.) and support general office organization
  • Stock office pantries and assist with day-to-day office upkeep
  • Support vendor coordination and basic internal office operations
  • Assist with additional administrative and facilities-related tasks as needed

About You:

  • Prior administrative, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable in a front-facing, fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to support a variety of office needs

About The Position:

  • Start Date: June 1
  • $20/hr
  • Dates: June 1-3, 8-12, 17
  • Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm (specific coverage dates required
  • 100% onsite
