Overview:
A reputable nonprofit organization is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across a variety of roles. This person will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing efforts, and support candidates through the hiring process from start to finish. This role offers competitibe pay and benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings
- Partner with hiring managers on requisitions and hiring strategy
- Create and post job descriptions across job boards
- Source, screen, and track candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Support onboarding logistics (start dates, screenings, etc.)
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/HRIS
- Administer assessments and support internal hiring efforts
- Assist with recruiting events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience supporting high-volume, multi-role hiring
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
