Our client, a real estate investment trust firm, is seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, managing daily operations, maintenance requests, and lease-related needs
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
- Oversee vendors, monitor performance, and assist with contracts and invoicing
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Maintain tenant files, insurance certificates, and compliance tracking
- Support budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes
- Partner with internal teams and support events and property initiatives
About You:
- 3+ years of commercial property management required (retail/mixed-use preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently
- Solid understanding of budgeting, invoicing, AR, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
About The Position:
- Temp-to-perm
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $33-$38/hr
- Perm Salary Range: $75K-$90K
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
