Our client, a multi-media organization is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis with strong potential to extend into 2027 in Washington, DC.
About The Job:
- Lead planning and execution of assigned RFP processes, including timelines and procurement strategies
- Develop Statements of Work, solicitation documents, evaluation criteria, and pricing structures
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and refine business requirements
- Conduct market research and evaluate vendors/suppliers
- Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables are met
- Facilitate proposal evaluations (technical, cost/price, and panel coordination)
- Draft and manage contract documentation and support negotiations
- Maintain procurement files and ensure compliance with government regulations
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong experience in government procurement, RFP development, and contracting
- Deep understanding of FAR, DAR, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple RFPs in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with construction and/or IT procurements preferred
- Familiarity with grant-funded environments and regulated sectors a plus

- Start Date: ASAP!
- $40/hr-$54/hr
- Temp through at least October 1 with strong potential to extend into 2027
