Our client is seeking a polished, detail‑oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join a front‑of‑house team within a global private equity firm. This role combines reception responsibilities with broader administrative support across HR, Investor Relations, and office operations. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys being highly visible, working across teams, and gaining exposure to a professional services environment. Hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm with minimal overtime, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with Fridays remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a front‑of‑house presence, greeting visitors and maintaining a professional reception area
  • Manage guest registration, building access, and incoming calls
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office shipments
  • Maintain pantry, office supplies, and common areas
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Investor Relations teams
  • Assist Executive Assistants with meeting setup, catering, and coordination
  • Act as a “floater,” providing backup support across admin teams as needed
  • Support internal events and vendor coordination
  • Maintain organization and presentation of the office environment at all times
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of administrative or client‑facing experience
  • Background in hospitality, front desk, or professional services environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, polished demeanor with client‑facing comfort
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and self‑motivated with ability to take initiative
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $70K-$80K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
