Our client is seeking a highly polished, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support multiple Partners on a Litigation team within a global advisory firm. This is a high‑touch, partner‑facing EA role requiring precision, strong judgment, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong professional services background, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering best‑in‑class support. Hours are 9:30am-5:30pm, fully onsite five days per week, with flexibility as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level support to 3-4 Partners within a client‑facing Litigation team
- Manage complex, high‑volume calendars with a strategic and proactive approach
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and client materials with exceptional attention to detail
- Support project coordination and act as a partner to executives on client workstreams
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiencies
Qualifications:
- 3-8+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior executives (ideally multiple Partners) required
- Background from a “blue‑chip” professional services firm (finance, consulting, legal, etc.) preferred
- Strong calendar management experience in high‑volume environments
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with written work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, professional, and service‑oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
