Our client, a global strategy consulting firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Temporary HR & Recruitment Coordinator to add to their team! This position will require 3-4 days on-site from 9am-6pm daily. Reporting directly into the US Talent Manager and supporting the delivery of recruitment, onboarding, core HR, and employee lifecycle processes across the firm’s U.S. offices, this role serves as a key operational and administrative resource to the Talent team, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and employees.
This position is heavily focused on coordination, administration, and execution of day-to-day recruiting and HR activities, while also supporting key operational processes across both functions. The role will partner closely with recruiting, HR, and leadership to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently during a high-volume hiring period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, candidates, and new hires on HR and recruitment-related matters
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics across campus and experienced hire pipelines
- Support offer process activities including preparation, tracking, approvals, and candidate communication
- Manage onboarding and pre-boarding logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and communication
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration (promotions, compensation changes, transfers, terminations)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data
- Support recruiting events, training sessions, and broader Talent initiatives
- Prepare reports, trackers, and administrative materials for the Talent team
Additional Responsibilities / Projects:
- Support process improvements across HR and recruitment workflows
- Assist with recruitment analytics and reporting
- Help coordinate onboarding programs and training initiatives
- Partner on annual HR processes and cross-functional projects as needed

This is a temporary position through November with potential for permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. Pay rate up to $25/hour.
