Job Description:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with document organization.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and office staff as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of receptionist or administrative expereince.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
