Our client, a private equity firm in Bethesda, MD, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their busy and growing office!
About The Job:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls.
- Sort and distribute mail, sign for packages, and notify recipients.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and coordinate catering needs.
- Support office communications and operations on a daily basis.
- Track and maintain the office and kitchen supply inventory.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
About You:
- Bachelors degree and 1+ year of office experience (internships count!) required.
- Customer service attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
About The Position:
- Salary range of $50K-$55K with a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
- On-site 5x/week in the Bethesda, MD office.
- Hours are 9am-6pm daily.
- Free parking provided at the office, or Metro stipend provided.
