Our client, a global technology company, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, VA.
About The Job:
* Research, track, and analyze customer, prospect, and subscription data to support pricing decisions and sales operations initiatives
* Maintain customer and subscription accounts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems
* Support proposal and contract pricing processes by gathering and evaluating relevant business data
* Analyze sales credit information and assist with the allocation and tracking of sales performance metrics
* Investigate and resolve order processing issues while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate closely with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve operational workflows
* Generate reports and provide analysis to support business decision-making and operational efficiency
* Support various sales operations, research, and account maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in sales operations, business analysis, research, customer data management, or a related function
* Salesforce experience is required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and work with large data sets
* Experience researching and maintaining customer or account information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
* Candidates with sales operations, analytics, or research backgrounds are strongly preferred
* Start Date: ASAP!
* 6-month temporary assignment
* $27/hr
* Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5-hour work week
