Our client, a prestigious higher education and legal services organization, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support a student-run legal clinic and its leadership team. This 3-month contract role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, offering $21-$28/hour (depending on experience) and a preferred schedule of Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM (20 hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting a mission-driven environment and working with a diverse community of staff, students, and clients. Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Administrative Director and Co-Faculty Directors
- Assist with office operations, scheduling, and coordination of daily activities
- Maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets with accuracy
- Support budgeting, accounting, and financial tracking activities
- Utilize Excel and other systems to manage administrative processes
- Handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver professional customer service and support to clients, students, and staff
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related administrative experience required
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database management
- Ability to learn new software and computer applications quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations
- Prior experience with Concur, Buy2Pay, or similar systems preferred
- Previous accounting, budgeting, or financial administration experience preferred
