Asst. Facilities Manager
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CMMS platforms, specifically Corrigo, providing system guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Manage complete work order lifecycle including system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with client CMMS standards to maintain database integrity and standardization
- Develop and deploy digital inspection forms, assessment tools, and audit protocols supporting facility and engineering teams
Operational Planning & Coordination
- Execute the Operational Responsibility Matrix (ORM), proactively anticipating and resolving operational issues
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities using industry best practices
- Interface with Facility Managers to support tactical planning and team objectives
- Conduct building inspections including floor walks and shared space assessments ensuring ORM compliance
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with facility vendors and service providers, providing direction to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption
- Provide vendor coaching and training on Corrigo platform usage
- Communicate call center issues and escalations with the Carrier Corrigo Platform Team
Asset & Inventory Management
- Track comprehensive asset information including maintenance history, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation
- Manage MRO parts ordering process for assigned teams, optimizing efficiency through PM auto-ordering
- Provide oversight for inventory clerks and physical inventory management as needed
- Analyze data to continuously optimize maintenance programs
