Asst. Facilities Manager

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CMMS platforms, specifically Corrigo, providing system guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Manage complete work order lifecycle including system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with client CMMS standards to maintain database integrity and standardization
  • Develop and deploy digital inspection forms, assessment tools, and audit protocols supporting facility and engineering teams

Operational Planning & Coordination

  • Execute the Operational Responsibility Matrix (ORM), proactively anticipating and resolving operational issues
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities using industry best practices
  • Interface with Facility Managers to support tactical planning and team objectives
  • Conduct building inspections including floor walks and shared space assessments ensuring ORM compliance

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with facility vendors and service providers, providing direction to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption
  • Provide vendor coaching and training on Corrigo platform usage
  • Communicate call center issues and escalations with the Carrier Corrigo Platform Team

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Track comprehensive asset information including maintenance history, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation
  • Manage MRO parts ordering process for assigned teams, optimizing efficiency through PM auto-ordering
  • Provide oversight for inventory clerks and physical inventory management as needed
  • Analyze data to continuously optimize maintenance programs
