Our client, a single-family investment office supporting a prestigious and philanthropic family, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant – HR & Executive Operations to provide high-level support to senior HR, Talent, and IT leadership. This 5+ week temporary assignment is based in Boston and offers a pay rate of $45-50/hour, working 35+ hours per week on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM). The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive support experience, strong HR partnership exposure, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to manage highly confidential information in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to senior HR and business leaders
- Manage complex Outlook calendars across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate candidate interviews, meetings, and executive events
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Communicate directly with candidates and interview teams
- Support recruiting operations, onboarding activities, and HR projects
- Process expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Maintain reports, presentations, training materials, and confidential records
- Coordinate trainings, workshops, special events, and team meetings
- Assist with AI-driven initiatives and process improvement projects
- Independently manage special projects and ad hoc assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior HR leaders and/or C-suite executives
- Strong experience with interview coordination and recruiting support
- Advanced Outlook calendar management skills
- Experience working with Copilot, Gemini, and other AI tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes and handling confidential information
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Professional, polished presence with strong business judgment
- Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
- Ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
