Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a leading renewable energy investment firm. This is a high‑visibility EA role supporting the President, Chief Strategy Officer, and others, requiring exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:00/6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to the President, Chief Strategy Officer, and additional leadership team members
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Process expense reports and administrative workflows
  • Triage emails, action items, and competing priorities while ensuring timely follow‑through
  • Organize and execute meetings, offsites, team events, and leadership gatherings
  • Assist with press releases, presentations, and special projects
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support business initiatives
  • Identify efficiencies and proactively improve workflows and processes

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience supporting executives in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly adaptable mindset
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Outlook)
  • Experience with Concur, Slack, Webex, or similar tools preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $90K-$100K base salary + discretionary bonus upon conversion
