Our client is seeking a polished, proactive Deal Assistant to support a Managing Director within the Private Equity group of a premier global investment bank. This is a high‑touch executive support role ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career within financial services while gaining exposure to a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn, with the flexibility to support a demanding team and keep priorities moving smoothly. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for after‑hours responsiveness as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with Monday-Thursday onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to a Managing Director within the Private Equity team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings and commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Process expense reports and administrative workflows
- Support client-facing activities and maintain a high level of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with meeting preparation, materials, agendas, and follow-up items
- Coordinate conference calls, internal meetings, and event logistics
- Maintain organization across communications, schedules, and key deliverables
- Partner with additional team members as needed to ensure seamless support
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of Executive Assistant, Deal Assistant, or administrative support experience
- Financial services, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or professional services experience preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
- Comfortable supporting senior-level executives and client-facing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$140K base salary + discretionary bonus

- Historically remote for the last 3 weeks of August
- Historically remote Thanksgiving week and the final 2 weeks of December
