Our client is seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organized Temporary Executive/Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This assignment will begin with paid training during the weeks of August 17 and August 24, followed by a full-time start in early September, and will continue through Thanksgiving. The role is fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan, Monday through Friday, and pays up to $50/hour. Responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, coordinating extensive domestic and international business and personal travel, arranging meetings and Zoom calls, handling expenses, supporting family and household logistics, and providing general administrative support. The position also includes light office management duties such as liaising with vendors, maintaining office supplies, and helping oversee day-to-day operations for a small office. Additional responsibilities include assisting with special events, coordinating invitations and RSVPs, and providing occasional backup support to other senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have significant Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant experience supporting high-level executives, strong private travel coordination experience, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
