Our client, a private equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate on a hybrid schedule (4-1) between the hours of 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for Partner and investment team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle expense reporting
- Act as strategic partner to senior leadership
- Assist with project-based work and team coordination
- Support Portfolio Ownership Group as needed
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support across team
Qualifications:
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly responsive and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Benefits Upon Conversion:
- 125-135K base + bonus (15% target)
