Our client, a mission-driven association is seeking a Development Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Support donor stewardship, gift processing, fundraising campaigns, and grants management
* Process donations, prepare donor reports and mailing lists, and manage gift acknowledgments through the CRM
* Assist with the annual President’s Reception, including guest tracking, donor outreach, and event support
* Create donor communications, direct mail materials, and fundraising content
* Track grant deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
* Provide administrative support and serve as a point of contact for donor inquiries
About You:
* Prior fundraising, development, or nonprofit experience preferred
* Experience with donor databases/CRM systems; Nimble AMS preferred
* Familiarity with NetSuite and basic financial processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with donors, volunteers, vendors, and internal teams
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* 6-month temporary assignment with potential for extend
* $28-$31/hr
* Potential permanent salary up to $68.5K
* Hybrid: 2 days onsite
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35-hour work week)
