Property Manager
Location: Irving, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000-$115,000 base salary + 15-20% bonus potential
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Class A commercial office property. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys building relationships, leading operations teams, managing financial performance, and delivering an exceptional tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial office property
- Oversee building engineers, janitorial teams, security personnel, and third-party vendors
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and reforecasts
- Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Support lease administration, tenant billing, and collections processes
- Manage tenant improvement and capital projects from planning through completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and respond to escalated concerns
- Supervise property management support staff, including an Assistant Property Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator
- Ensure building maintenance, safety, and operational standards are consistently met
Qualifications
- 7+ years of property management experience
- 3-5+ years in a Property Manager role with direct building responsibility
- Commercial office property management experience strongly preferred
- Experience developing and managing operating budgets
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation experience
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and tenant relations skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- RPA, CPM, or CCIM designation
- Real Estate License
- Experience with Angus Anywhere
- Experience pursuing or maintaining BOMA, LEED, Energy Star, or similar building designations
