Our client, a corporate organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Sales Recruiter to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Finance, HR, and other corporate functions
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the offer process
- Build talent pipelines and maintain recruiting activity within Workday
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Support hiring compliance and best practices throughout the recruitment process
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a technology or SaaS environment required
- Recent experience recruiting for Corporate Sales roles required
- Workday experience required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $43-$50/hr
- Conversion salary: $115K-$125K
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite
