A large social services organization is seeking a Program Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you will work directly with program participants, helping them access resources and services while supporting the day-to-day operations of the program. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage employment and contracting opportunities for public housing residents.
- Support resident-owned businesses by providing guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitor program compliance, maintain documentation, and prepare required HUD reports.
- Build and maintain partnerships with businesses, contractors, and community organizations.
- Communicate program updates, policy changes, and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Track program outcomes, resolve issues as needed, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- 3 or more years of professional work experience in a social or human services based role
- Proficiency in MS Suite applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
