Our client is looking for a Benefits Administrator (Lead Benefits Analyst level) to join their HR Total Rewards team. This is a highly visible role that will oversee benefits programs across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, while also contributing to compensation projects. You’ll be the go-to subject matter expert for benefits in the Americas, managing vendor relationships, supporting renewals, and ensuring an excellent employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership-level function and manage programs that directly impact employee engagement, attraction, and retention.

Benefits (80%)

  • Oversee Americas benefits programs (U.S., Mexico, Canada) ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  • Lead annual benefits enrollment, vendor management, and technology platforms.
  • Support benefit design, renewals, and tendering processes with providers.
  • Evaluate competitiveness, cost, usage, and employee experience of current benefits programs.
  • Maintain accuracy of benefit-related documentation and communications.
  • Provide second-line benefits support and resolve escalated employee inquiries.
  • Stay up to date with federal, state, and local laws and regulations impacting benefits.

Compensation (20%)

  • Assist with market compensation studies and benchmarking across the Americas.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and leadership on compensation initiatives.
  • Conduct compensation analyses and prepare data-driven reports to support decision-making.

Additional

  • Manage special projects including cost projections, budget analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate across HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards within a fast-paced, international, matrixed company.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experienced in benefits renewals, redesign projects, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with Workday (a plus).
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to balance competing priorities and deliver results on time.
  • Comfortable working fully onsite, with flexibility for the right candidate.
