Our client, a global professional services firm is seeking a Data Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide transaction, operational, and financial support to a national team of Transaction Managers and Coordinators
- Maintain leasing transaction databases and ensure accurate data across multiple teams and geographies
- Perform high-volume data entry, create client profiles, validate transaction pipelines, and manage records
- Run, format, and distribute reports using internal systems and Excel
- Support transaction processing and operational workflows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Handle confidential employee, client, revenue, and commission information with professionalism and discretion
About You:
- Strong Excel experience required, including formatting, sorting, tables, and reporting
- Strong data entry, database management, and administrative support experience
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and deadline-management abilities
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $20-$22/hr (based on experience)
- Contract through the end of 2026
- Fully onsite
